After nearly two decades partnering with CEOs, CFOs, and executive leadership teams across high-growth technology, global consulting, and complex enterprise environments, I saw a consistent pattern — leaders had clear vision, but lacked a trusted, embedded partner to bring structure, alignment, and disciplined execution to the day-to-day realities of running a business.
